Resolved Question: Why do girls pull up one sleeve before writing?

There’s this girl in my lectures who regularly wears her uni hoody and pulls up one of her sleeves before she writes. Her hoody is quite baggy and so her sleeves regularly fall down. She said to me last week (why I don't know?) that her sleeves are always falling down but its okay coz during lectures she only pulls one up. Also she will sometimes just have one sleeve up and not both about the other for the day, which I find strange or do many girls do this? Hey, I've got this hoody that is 60% cotton 40% polyester. I have lost a little bit of weight, so it is now quite baggy on me, unfortunately I am now stuck between clothing sizes, either too tight or too baggy, so getting a new one is out the way... today is the second day of my period, which is always the worst for me. i get through the whole day of school just fine, then once 5th period rolls around, I get up out of my seat, turn in a test, and when I come back to my desk i see this huge glob of period blood on my seat. i looked around to make sure no one saw it and i don't think anybody did, so i sit back down to hide it. and then i kind of sit awkwardly on the side of the chair, and luckily I was wearing a baggy hoody today so I tried wiping it off with my sleeve. that only made it worse and resulted in an even huger smear of period blood all over the seat. the bell rings, and i high-tail it out of there but there was another class next so i'm sure somebody noticed. hopefully no one knew it was me.What would you do if this was you? more

Voting Question: 6 months pregnant and feel no 'real' emotions for baby. Is that normal?

I am currently 19 y/o 6 months pregnant and feel kinda apathetic towards the idea ‘I’m gonna have a baby!’. I really don’t feel much of anything. I am preparing for baby, like making arrangements, doctor appointments, etc… But it just feels too surreal to be ‘really happening’. Like I see my stomach growing bigger and I feel baby kicking, but it kinda feels like I don’t really love her. I feel like my emotions are b/c she was a surprise, and I’m barely gonna’ start the nursing program. I just keep imagining how rough its gonna be to go to college for 2 more years and take care of a baby. I don’t think I’m ready, but I know I need to take care of her. I feel like I’m gonna’ be a bad mom, like what if I mentally damage her b/c at the fetal stage she is getting my vibes or something? Since I started getting bloated in the 1st trimester I stopped caring about my appearance too. I no longer bother with my hair or make up. I just wear a baggy hoody and stretch pants mainly and no longer shave (except for obgny appts) or exercise. I did stop smoking and all that b/c I am worried about her well being… i feel like i'm too young and i had so many dreams! I wanted to be a traveling nurse and just have fun! But now I have a baby and I'm already thinking of where she's gonna go to school and what not! I worry about so many things! Since delivery is so close I am currently worried about having her get stuck during labor, and suffocating, resulting in mental disorders. I do worry about her and am kinda protective in a way I guess, but i dunno...its weird. Its so weird! My sister and mom are more excited about the baby than I am! When they start talking about baby I just feel a bit overwhelmed and even ask them to change the topic! What is wrong with me?! Is this normal!? But I will, just because I know you all want me to... Essentially, I get along with most people in my class, and in my grade. However, every years, there's a group of somewhere between 1 and 5 people that just consistently piss me off for various reasons. Right now, there seems to be only one kid that's been doing that this year. He's some sophomore kid in my math class (I retook Algebra I my freshman year because math is not my strong point at all), and just keeps blurting out crap about me, virtually every time I say something. He's also in my German class, and occasionally says moronic stuff in there as well. I don't really know why this idiot is centering in on me - I'm a bit different in the fact that I actually have a brain, and use it. I argue a lot with my math teacher because I don't think that the probability formulas and problems we do are at all accurate and realistic, but that's about it. I mostly just talk with the people at my table, and not the people where this kid is, on the other side of the room. I almost wrung his neck because of a stupid comment he made about my hair - for some reason, we got into a discussion on that subject, and I mentioned that I spend a bit more time than average on my hair than most guys, and he said it was "time wasted" or something. I have no idea where that comment came from, and I have no idea why he decided to butt into the conversation that people in my area were having. I'm a relatively self-conscious person, so that only pissed me off. It's nothing major, but he just keeps throwing in his obnoxious little two cents worth EVERY time I've said something the last two weeks, and it's just been making me more and more angry. I'm normally a nice and polite person, though I can have a House-ish sense of humour - but I always make sure people know I'm just kidding with them. In all honesty, I don't even think I've uttered a single sentence to this kid. In my German class, he made some idiot comment about me being a "gangster" because my pants had a lot of zippers on them - I shop at Express, for God's sake, I don't know how virtually anything there can be counted as "gangster". Maybe he could say that if I was wearing FuBu stuff, or South Pole, but I wouldn't be caught dead wearing that trash. And he was over there today, sitting in baggy shorts wearing a stereotypical wankster DC "gangsta" shirt with his hoody up. So I'd really like to just knock his teeth in. But there's a wee bit of a problem - I've been on probation for about a year, and most people don't know it. I used a firearm to rob a large number of houses, stole cars, etc. Relatively dumb period in my life, and I got arrested after I got emotional and angry - I have a tendency to let my emotions get the better of me when I'm angry, and I've been trying to repress those stupid decision making processes. This kid thinks he's badass or something because he can talk trash to somebody that'll be locked up if they do anything - he doesn't know that, of course, and I don't really want him to. I'm not proud of what I did, but honestly... I don't see what kind of idiot would talk like he does to someone they don't even know, especially when if they had asked about me, they'd've found out that if I'd been a year or so older at the time of my arrest, I'd've gone to prison for well over 60 years, for the events of about one night. I've gotten over all that, and I actually care about other people now. I'm a socialist - whether you agree with that or not, I don't care. But I care about the welfare and well-being of other people, and now certainly think there's something twisted about stealing from working class people - not that I'd really steal or rob at all any more. I want to close this up, before I ramble off track, however. Summed up, I just want to know what to do or say to shut this dick up. I'm not a big or scary muscly guy or anything, but I honestly don't know what I'd be capable of if I had a hold of a ballpoint pen and went out of control. Not to sound tough or anything, but really... I know everyone just says to punch kids that do stuff like this, but in my case, I can't. Alternatives, anyone?Hey Zar, I liked your answer... It's getting into Fall now so it's not as Sunny, and I'll be jogging in the morning so it might be quite chilly.
