Voting Question: blue tongue skink help pls?
hey i went buying a cage for a blue tongue skink..but not sure of the cage would work for the skink so please tell me! go to http://www.glasscages.com/?sAction=ViewCat&lCatID=6 to view a pic of the cage the cage is the 135 Gal. Long Clear Glass 72 x 18 x 25 don'tont know if this cage would work for a blue tongue skink and went buying some other stuff please tell me what i must add or remove

On this site which tank would be the best for my ball python? I was told that I had to upgrade my Ball Pythons tank next year because she would grow out of the 20 gallon long(30 x 12½ x 13) we have now. So which one of these would be the best for my ball python next year?
The Petco people said that I would need a 40 gallon tank for her for the rest of her life is that correct?

I have two red eared sliders, about five and six inches long, and I currently have them in a 55 gallon tank. I am looking into a new tank of about 100 gallons plus, but am not sure how to outfit it.
1. First, where is a good place to buy?
2. I've heard both good and bad things about using pebbles on the bottom of the tank. Do I use them?
3. On glasscages.com they have these steep ramps and platforms. Are those good to use or would they get too hot or be too slippery to climb?
4. Thoughts on having plants inside? And what kind?
Any additional information that could be provided in making a great tank for my two guys would be greatly appreciated!!!

I am wondering because I was looking at 90 gallon acrylic tanks and they sell them for $190 which is way cheaper then any where else by ALOT! I know somebody who has proposed an aquarium display at a small science museum.
He is proposing a pair of 125 gallon displays, one with Cichlids from South America and one with Tetras from South America, as there is a large display dealing with the Rain Forest, conservation and Global Warming.
I'm trying to help him find funding to make at least one tank twice that size, as you couldn't get a whole lot of Cichlids in a 125... Perhaps a 7' Perfecto 265 or an 8' 300 from Glass Cages?
I'd consider a 125 the upper end of "medium" except in the home setting. In a home, I'd consider anything above 75 to be large.
